Located on the prestigious Al Marjan Island, this dual groundbreaking underscores BNW’s strategic commitment to the Emirate’s rapidly evolving real estate landscape.
Blending heritage with performance, the Tonino Lamborghini Residences brings iconic Italian design to the shores of the Arabian Gulf. This collaboration brings together BNW’s vision with Tonino Lamborghini’s distinctive design language. The project offers a diverse range of Studios, Penthouses, and Mansions, each embodying the bold aesthetics and contemporary functionality that define the Lamborghini legacy.
La Perla, envisioned as a sanctuary of refined elegance, features an exclusive collection of 57 residences. Comprising four 3-bedroom, 23 2-bedroom, and 30 1-bedroom apartments, the development is thoughtfully crafted with an international sensibility. Its terraced architecture is designed to capture natural light and sweeping sea views, while a palette of stone and glass is engineered to endure the coastal climate while evoking a timeless aesthetic.
