Mumbai, June 15: ITM Skills Academy, the skills division of ITM Skills University, runs its Sales and Relationship Management (SRM) Program with ICICI Bank to prepare recent graduates for Relationship Manager roles in banking. The program combines classroom training at the ITM Skills Academy campus with structured grounding in banking operations, customer relationship management, sales, and compliance.
The SRM Program is built for graduates who want a long-term career in banking, not a short course. Candidates train across ICICI Bank’s work culture, ethics and vision, internal guidelines and regulations, and 360-degree banking solutions, alongside communication, stakeholder management, customer service, selling technique, and presentation skills. Delivery is blended: instructor-led sessions from working professionals in banking, finance and sales, case-study learning, grooming sessions, and 15 days of interactive classroom training at the campus. On completion, candidates are prepared to step into Relationship Manager roles with ICICI Bank, with focused training in product knowledge, compliance, customer engagement and sales.
The program has clear entry criteria. Applicants must have secured a minimum of 50% in Class 10, Class 12 and graduation, have less than one year of work experience, and be 25 years of age or younger at the time of application. It is not open to engineering graduates, diploma engineers, CAs, MBAs or postgraduates. There is no fee for registration, training, food or stay during the residential training at the ITM campus.

ITM Skills Academy has trained professionals in Mumbai since 2012. It works on a three-step model of source, train and deploy, and has placed more than 1.6 lakh professionals across over 20 industry partners, including ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank and HDFC Bank.
