New Delhi ,June 30 : Hero Realty is pleased to announce the appointment of Sachin Sharma as its new Chief Legal Advisor. With over 22 years of post-qualification experience, he is a highly respected legal professional with deep expertise in litigation strategy, insolvency resolution, structured finance, real estate transactions, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
His board-level advisory experience and commercially pragmatic approach will further strengthen Hero Realty’s legal, governance, and risk management framework. Prior to joining Hero Realty, he served as the senior-most legal advisor at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide legal, regulatory, and dispute management matter

A graduate of the University of Delhi with an LL.B. degree , he has built a career marked by strategic legal leadership, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to guide complex matters with clarity and confidence. Over the years, he has earned a reputation for handling high-stakes issues with a practical, solution-oriented approach, having led the RERA registration of multiple projects across several states, structured and closed complex lease rental discounting transactions, and spearheaded legal execution for large-scale institutional funding arrangements.
