ReTechCon 2025 Showcases the Next Era of Retail Technology, Innovations, and AI-Driven Solutions

Mumbai, September 26, 2025: The Retailers Association of India (RAI) successfully hosted the 19th edition of the Retail Technology Conclave, ReTechCon 2025, on September 24–25 at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. As India’s premier retail technology forum, the event brought together CEOs, CIOs, technology partners, and industry leaders to explore emerging trends and transformative innovations shaping the future of retail.

ReTechCon 2025 delivered an immersive experience combining the depth of a masterclass with the scale of an industry conclave. Participants gained powerful insights into sustainable solutions, global trends, and disruptive technologies innovated to drive business resilience.

Key discussions at ReTechCon 2025 spanned the entire spectrum of retail transformation—from building smart stores and enabling digital-first customer journeys to navigating omnichannel strategies and supply chain resilience. During RAI ReTechCon 2025 Deloitte India launched their latest report, “AI in Retail for the Agentic Era: Aspiration to action”, demonstrating how the power of AI is now a strategic backbone moving beyond pilot experiments to full-scale adoption across the retail value chain.

Additionally, the conclave presented the ReTech Startup Awards 2025, recognizing leading retail technology startups with the vision and capability to revolutionise retailers’ ventures.
