India, 17th October 2025: NRI Nivesh has wrapped up the Europe Edition of its Global India Property Expo and NRI Tax Clinic as part of its ongoing commitment to inform and empower the Indian diaspora around the world through knowledge, clarity, and trusted investment opportunities. The Europe leg of the expo series covered Belgium, and the Netherlands, and made its last stop in Germany, where there was significant turnout of hundreds of Non-Resident Indians who attended to learn about India’s real estate, investment, and financial landscape, which is evolving rapidly. Participating developers from India such as Rustomjee, Kolte Patil, Niyati, Prestige, Total Environment, and more, had projects on display that captivated the Indian community across Europe, and demonstrated their renewed faith in India’s property market.

Every location subsequently became a center of financial literacy and engagement, wherein participants received valuable insight on taxation, compliance, and new opportunities through GIFT City from the expert speakers. The interactive sessions were led by CA Bharat Sarawgee and Mr. Nishant Kohli, Founder and CEO of NRI Nivesh, and provided clarity on Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement benefits, capital gains, repatriation, and new regulations. Reflecting on the response, Nishant Kohli said, the response was phenomenal across Europe and the NRI community in Europe has been seeking clarity, connection and credible advice and the platform is delivering on those needs. He added, from Antwerp to Munich, every discussion only reaffirmed our mission to create an ecosystem where NRIs feel confident making informed financial decisions with leading professionals in the space.
