New Delhi, 26th August 2025: PerformAce has added two accomplished leaders to strengthen its leadership team and support the company’s next phase of growth.
Dileep, who served as Sr. Manager Performance Marketing at MakeMyTrip, has joined PerformAce as Head of Delivery. He has extensive experience managing the scale of operations, enhancing performance, and improving customer outcomes. His expertise in building teams and managing large delivery projects will be invaluable in improving the quality of PerformAce’s services.
Gitanjali recently joined as Head of Business Operations. She has over 13 years of experience in digital sales, with a career that spans across media and digital organizations such as Fork Media, Httpool, Network18, ABP, ShareChat, and Inshorts. Gitanjali will lead PerformAce’s efforts to maximize business processes, improve governance, and deliver operational excellence across its growing range of portfolios.
Dileep, Head of Delivery, PerformAce said his mandate is to position PerformAce as a “Martech pioneer, delivering innovative, measurable, and scalable engagement solutions for brands in an evolving marketplace”. He also stated that leadership is about “Trust and Empowerment”.
