HR NexGen Summit 2025 hosted by JIMS Rohini in collaboration with PHD House to Explore the Future of Work Through ‘People, Purpose & Performance
JIMS Rohini in collaboration with PHD House is set to host the HR NexGen Summit 2025, a high-impact forum bringing together HR practitioners, business leaders, and academic experts to discuss the evolving world of work. This year’s theme, “People, Purpose & Performance,” will focus on how organisations can navigate changing employee expectations, and the growing need for organisational agility.
The summit will commence with a welcome address by Dr. Pooja Jain, Director, JIMS Rohini, followed by insights from prominent industry leaders including Mr. Yogesh Munjal (Munjal Showa Ltd.) who is the chief guest of the Seminar, esteemed speakers Mr. Anil Ghoshal (PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry), Mr. Dharm Rakshit (Hero Motocorp), and Mr. Satya Jha (Grant Thornton Bharat) who will share perspectives on emerging HR priorities, workforce readiness, and the leadership models required for the next decade.
The summit will feature two key tracks, Track 1 will be Skills at the Core – The Future of Talent Development which will explore the transition from role-based to skill-based organisational structures, focusing on talent mobility, lifelong learning, reskilling, and purpose-driven career development. The session will be addressed by Mr. Atish Bhattacharya, Head HR, Somany Ceramics Ltd; Mr. Rajesh Popli, Assistant Director, Human Resources, EY; Mr. Harsh Raj Jain, Talent Acquisition Head APAC, America & India Campus Head, Ebix and Dr. Amit Pareenja, Head-L& OD, Somany Impresa Group.
Track 2 is Redefining People Experience for the NexGen Workforce which will examine how flexibility, inclusivity, wellbeing, and technology are reshaping employee experience, highlighting the role of empathetic leadership, culture transformation, and human-centred design in building engaged and resilient teams. The session will be facilitated by Mr. Rahul Sachdeva, Senior Manager-Corporate HR, Kajaria Ceramics Ltd. A major highlight of the Summit will be the presence of three distinguished JIMS Rohini alumni, Ms. Sudhi Chaudhry, Solution Design Head- HRO, Wipro; Mr. Amit Mathur, Assistant Vice President & Head- HR Infinity Labs India and Mr. Amit Sharma, Head, People & Culture, Greystar India who will be gracing the event.
