The menu paid tribute to the pecan’s rich, caramel-like notes and delicate crunch, elevating both sweet and savory dishes in an unforgettable dining experience.
To mark this distinguished association, a selection of gourmet pecan-based delicacies was artfully curated, each dish exemplifying the nut’s depth of flavor and versatility— a spectacular yet delicious experience by Bottomline Media. The menu featured indulgent creations such as Italian Parmesan with Grapes & Honey accompanied by roasted pecans, Whipped Goat Cheese & Pecan Praline, Brie with Caramelized Pecan & Honey, and English Cheddar, Brie & Caramelized Pecan Phyllo Cups with Hot Honey. Guests savored Spiced Pecan and Sweet Potato Sliders (offered with and without pecan relish), Pecan-Crusted Shrimp with Lemon Aioli, Maple Pecan Glazed Lamb Skewers, and decadent desserts including Salted Caramel Pecan Pie Bites, Dark Chocolate and Pecan Truffles. The curated beverage selection included a Red Wine and Orange Sangria rimmed with pecan praline and a Pecan Espresso Chocolate adorned with a candied pecan rim—each sip and bite a testament to indulgence.
