FICCI FLO Bengaluru Unveils FLO Santé – A First-of-its-Kind Platform for Women-Led Brands

Bengaluru, 9th July, 2025: FICCI FLO Bengaluru, the women’s wing of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), proudly unveils the first edition of FLO Santé, a pathbreaking initiative redefining how India experiences sustainability, commerce, and community through the lens and leadership of women.

Conceived by Dekyi Yangtso Chawla, Chairperson of FICCI FLO Bangalore, FLO Santé is more than an event — it’s a movement. One that transforms the traditional marketplace into a dynamic hub of inclusive growth and conscious living.

Set to take place on Friday, 18th July at Anantya, Gate 9, Palace Grounds, the one-day showcase will feature over 130 women-led brands, across sustainable fashion, artisanal food, wellness, homegrown beauty, and conscious lifestyle. Rooted in purpose and ethical entrepreneurship, the event is free and open to all.

At its heart lies The Wedding Edit Pavilion, a curated space blending couture, wellness, gifting, and beauty under one roof. This showcase is not just aesthetic; it aligns with national policy ambitions to integrate women-led MSMEs into high-value sectors like India’s $50-billion wedding economy through direct customer acquisition rather than charity.

True to Bengaluru’s creative pulse, the day will also feature a fashion masterclass by Shivan & Narresh,  will conduct a workshop on Couture on the Table. Wellness session by Marzi, exploring holistic health and longevity, and live musical performances, infusing warmth, rhythm, and a deep sense of community.

In a time where sustainability remains a buzzword and women-led enterprises often struggle for visibility beyond social media, FLO Santé bridges the gap between purpose and profit. From reusable tote bags to eliminate waste, tetra pack water stations replacing single-use plastic, a pre-loved fashion swap embracing circularity, to an engaging pedal-powered installation generating electricity on the ground, the event demonstrates that conscious choices can be both impactful and inspiring.

Speaking about the initiative, Dekyi Yangtso Chawla shared, “We’re not here to incubate businesses; we’re here to give them real customers, real visibility, and real sales. FLO Santé is about creating access to markets, not just mentorship. It’s a commercial platform where women-led brands can thrive, scale, and be seen as serious contributors to India’s economic future.”

Under Dekyi Yangtso Chawla’s leadership, FLO Bengaluru is reshaping the narrative around women entrepreneurs, moving beyond token gestures to champion true economic empowerment.

FLO Santé exemplifies this commitment: a vibrant platform where women-led brands are not just included but celebrated as key drivers of India’s growth story. This vision continues with “Breaking the Silence”, an upcoming Mental Health, Art, and Short Film Festival in August, aimed at fostering open dialogue and healing through creativity and storytelling.
