Pune, 16th October 2025: Under25, India’s leading youth media and networking platform, Under25 hosted its Summit at Campus at the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development in Pune. It brought together a cohort of 250 young MBA students for an enlightening session on India’s booming creative sector. For the Summit, Dhruv Sheth, the man behind some of India’s most renowned Intellectual Properties (IPs), delivered a compelling address on the ever-evolving nature of IPs and the live events landscape in India.
The Under25 Summit at Campus helps students go beyond the traditional curriculum, with real-world insights and opportunities, to become job-ready before they even graduate. With a history of working in the live events industry, Dhruv offered students an insider perspective on an industry that is rapidly evolving and strengthening India’s global soft power. Having worked with industry icons like Zakir Khan, Biswa Kalyan Rath, Kanan Gill, and Kenny Sebastian, he was able to show students how artists play a critical role in the live events ecosystem, and how collaboration with them can spark innovative business models.
One of the most talked-about moments was when Dhruv opened up about his role in building Rolling Loud (the world’s biggest hip-hop festival) in India. As the global phenomenon prepares for its India debut, Dhruv shared what it takes to translate a culture-first festival for a new audience while keeping its core intact. He also hinted at India’s rising status as a hotspot for international festivals and touring artists, calling Rolling Loud not just a music festival, but a global youth movement. Dhruv’s insights on how live events have become an integral pillar of India’s cultural and economic landscape proved invaluable to the students.
During his session, Dhruv said, “I love what Under25 is building. Scaling this festival from 7 summits to 100, and now to 200, is not easy and is exceptional growth for an IP.”
His journey and experiences in the industry are proof of India’s readiness to let the youth steer the future of the country.
