AIPL Acquires 43-Acre Land Parcel in Gurugram Through DRT

Gurugram, Jan 30: Gurugram realty player AIPL has successfully acquired a 43-acre land in Sector 103, Gurugram, for INR 1,000 Cr through the Debt Recovery Tribunal process, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion along the Dwarka Expressway. The acquisition reflects AIPL’s long-term commitment to shaping landmark real estate developments in India’s most dynamic urban markets while enabling financial resolution for lenders.

This land forms part of a larger 80-acre township project, AIPL Lake City, with plans underway to expand the land bank by an additional 20 acres. The integrated township holds a combined revenue potential in excess of INR 20,000 Cr, underlining AIPL’s vision to create a transformative mixed-use destination in Gurugram’s most sought-after growth belt.

AIPL has also launched the first phase of the township, Riviera, an ultra-premium residential offering spread across 5.14 acres featuring two high-rise towers with panoramic views and world-class lifestyle amenities. This opening phase has an estimated revenue potential of INR 1500 Cr, reinforcing strong demand for luxury living in the NCR region.
