Yugen Infra has received the Project Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its latest residential plotted development, Garden of Eden, marking Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City. Located in Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, this milestone aligns with the company’s master plan focused on township development.
Registered under MahaRERA, Garden of Eden spans a total land area of approximately 180,000 square meters and offers 278 luxurious residential plots designed to accommodate independent villas and holiday homes, with sizes as per the approved layout plan.
