Yugen Infra Secures MahaRERA Registration for ‘Garden of Eden’, Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City

Yugen Infra has received the Project Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its latest residential plotted development, Garden of Eden, marking Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City. Located in Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, this milestone aligns with the company’s master plan focused on township development.

Registered under MahaRERA, Garden of Eden spans a total land area of approximately 180,000 square meters and offers 278 luxurious residential plots designed to accommodate independent villas and holiday homes, with sizes as per the approved layout plan. The project forms part of the larger Yugen Golf City and is strategically positioned near the MOPA influence corridor, making it ideal for second homes, senior living, or long-term land investment.

The development features a well-planned infrastructure framework, including internal roads, boundary walls, water supply systems, electricity connections, stormwater management, underground drainage, planned green buffers, and open spaces. All components have been designed in accordance with approved layout norms to ensure organized and sustainable living within the township ecosystem.

All project disclosures, approvals, layouts, and area details are registered on the MahaRERA website, ensuring full compliance with RERA regulations and providing buyers with transparency and confidence.
