Dish TV Introduces Lifetime Free Service Visit

Chennai Nov 21st:  In a customer-centric move set to redefine service standards in the DTH sector, Dish TV India has launched its Lifetime Free Service Visit initiative — a first-of-its-kind offering in the industry. The new policy directly addresses long-standing customer concerns regarding service visit charges, which have traditionally ranged between ₹200 and ₹250 across pay TV operators.

Under this initiative, Dish TV subscribers will no longer be required to pay any technician visit charges. Instead, customers simply need to recharge their account with ₹200, which is fully credited to their Dish TV balance ensuring zero actual payment toward service fees. This upgraded mechanism not only removes a major pain point but also enhances transparency and ease for users.

Earlier, every technician visit required an additional payment, often causing customer dissatisfaction. By removing this burden, Dish TV aims to elevate the overall service experience and deliver added value without extra cost.
