MP Tejasvi Surya and MLA Priya Krishna Inaugurate PHANA Cricket League and Free Health Camp as Part of PHANA Silver Jubilee Celebrations
Bengaluru, 27th October, 2025: The Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes Association (PHANA), under the leadership of its first lady President, Dr. Shobha Prakash, successfully hosted the PHANA Cricket League and a Free Mega Health Camp at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Stadium, Basaveshwaranagar, as part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations.
The event was inaugurated by Shri Tejasvi Surya, Hon’ble Member of Parliament (Bangalore South), and Shri Priya Krishna, Hon’ble Member of the Legislative Assembly (Govindarajanagar), in the presence of Dr. Shobha Prakash and PHANA office bearers.
The Cricket League, which kicked off at 7 a.m., witnessed enthusiastic participation from teams representing various hospitals, fostering camaraderie and sportsmanship.
Alongside the matches, the Free Mega Health Camp drew hundreds of citizens who availed themselves of complimentary X-ray, ECG, GRBS, and Hb tests, as well as free consultations from specialist doctors.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shobha Prakash said, “This Silver Jubilee celebration marks PHANA’s 25 years of unwavering commitment to healthcare excellence. Through such community-driven initiatives, we aim to continue promoting health awareness and expanding access to quality medical services in the future.”
