Sawariya Expands into Lifestyle vertical with Luxe Asia, Brings Global Luggage Brands to India

Mumbai, 16th September, 2025: Sawariya Group—one of India’s fastest-growing distribution houses and diversified business conglomerates, with a strong FMCG network and over three decades of leadership in import-export has announced its foray into the lifestyle segment with the launch of its new venture, Luxe Asia. Luxe Asia will be 100% owned entity of Sawariya Futureworks Limited.

Luxe Asia makes its debut in the luggage category, marking Sawariya Group’s entry into the travel and lifestyle space, with plans to expand into multiple lifestyle verticals in the near future. Through Luxe Asia, the Group has partnered with three global brands—IT (United Kingdom), Jump (Paris, France), and Departure (Taiwan)—bringing international quality, contemporary design, and durable travel solutions to Indian consumers in a market witnessing strong demand for premium and mid-premium luggage.

The company’s distribution footprint will include 18 exclusive brand outlets and presence across 350+ multi-brand outlets nationwide. To strengthen its retail reach, Luxe Asia also plans to expand into Tier-2 cities with over 20 franchise stores in the next two years.

The platform, a first-of-its-kind in the Indian luggage sector, encouraged dialogue and collaboration, underlining the company’s vision of building a strong ecosystem for growth and highlighting the vast opportunities available for business partners.
