New Delhi, June 25, 2025: In celebration of International Yoga Day, Anytime Fitness India successfully concluded its week-long campaign “Breathe, Bend & Balance”, held from June 15 to 21. Launched with a social media challenge on Instagram, the campaign invited users to creatively participate in themed yoga tasks through short videos and stories. Three challenge videos were released during the week, each focusing on a distinct element of the theme. The very first video (June 15) highlighted mindful Breathing exercises to calm the mind and improve focus. The second video (June 17) focused on Bending, with flexibility drills and stretches to energize the body. The third video (June 19) showcased Balancing poses to enhance stability and body posture.
The challenge culminated on June 22 with the announcement of the winners: Aman Singh – Lucknow; Ritu Jain – Lucknow; Umesh Gupta – Lucknow; Asees Kaur – Delhi; Abhishek Roy – Delhi; Archana Chopra – Lucknow ; Anamika Mishra – Jabalpur; Pinky Joshi – Greater Noida; Bharat – Delhi and Priyanka Aggarwal – Ghaziabad, whose entries stood out for their creativity, consistency, and alignment with the campaign theme.
Their winning videos are now featured on Anytime Fitness India’s Official Instagram Page (@anytimefitnesssin), and they will also receive exclusive wellness hampers from the campaign’s wellness partners.
Talking about the campaign, Mr. Vikas Jain, Managing Director, Anytime Fitness India, added, ” With ‘Breathe, Bend & Balance,’ we wanted to remind people that wellness doesn’t need to be complicated or time-consuming, it starts with just a few mindful moments each day. Many congratulations to the winners! Watching people from all walks of life participate with such creativity and energy was truly inspiring. It reinforced our belief that fitness is about building a more balanced life- physically, mentally, and emotionally. “
The program was held in partnership with wellness partners Be Bodywise and Man Matters, who have an unwavering commitment to overall well-being. Their participation added an extra layer of depth, as participants were encouraged to embrace yoga as a way of life instead of a one-day ritual.
